Klang Valley Flooring Contractor Guide is an independent directory that scores flooring contractors based on publicly available information and public Google reviews. Your listing appears here free of charge. No payment changes your score or ranking. This page explains how to correct factual information about your business, challenge a score if the underlying data is wrong, or request removal if your business has closed. Correcting your business details
Your name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services are pulled from public sources. When these details need updating, we fix them when you supply the correct information and point us to a source we can verify it against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once corrected, these details stay accurate through future data refreshes.
Disputing your score
Your score is computed from public Google reviews using a single, fixed rubric applied to every contractor in this directory. We never hand-edit scores. If you believe your score is wrong, the issue is not the number itself but the data feeding it. A dispute means the profile is matched to the wrong business, reviews are attributed to you incorrectly, or the summary of what reviewers wrote is inaccurate. We re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher score.
Requesting removal
Your listing is removed if your business has permanently closed, is a duplicate entry, or falls outside this directory's scope. Our monthly re-verification cycle automatically catches and removes closed businesses. An accurate and in-scope listing may be declined for removal, and you will receive a clear explanation of why.

How long it takes
Every request is acknowledged within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are processed within 7 days. Requests that cannot be granted come with the reason why.
